Glamour Shots at the Ready to Wear by the Bay Fashion Show at the Supper Club!
Ready to Wear by the Bay Fashion Show at the Supper Club!
Last night was an incredible evening! Lots of flirts from men, chocolate and vanilla flavored cake I got to take home with colorful balloons, tons of glamour shots with some photographers I had worked with previously, a painter with gold harem pants who looked like Sinbad, and acrobatic dancers hanging from the ceiling! The Supper Club is not typically open on Sundays, but they made a special exception for Community Fashion Week. My outfit was sort of nautical Barbie with fake Chanel bling. I had on a white pencil skirt from Zara with silver buttons on the front, a red, white and blue halter crop top, a Calvin Klein white fur coat, and Michael Kors white summer wedges. The show featured 10 different designers. My fave part of the show was the first collection, filled with fancy lace gowns and big hats, badass Madonna rosary beads, and cool metal dangling headpieces. Stay tuned for more fabulous Fashion Week events!

Academy of Art Runway Casting in Bayview
I did an awesome runway casting at Academy of Art for one of the top shows in the city! They were looking for extras for the show. I didn’t get picked, but I felt like a real winner walking on the long Victoria’s Secret style runway with a big video screen capturing us as we walked back! I had a Giant’s stadium moment from when I had done a color guard performance during my senior year of high school. There were so many cameras on cranes zooming in to capture the models as we strutted down the catwalk. It was a magical moment I won’t ever forget! Bless Charleston Pierce for inviting me and a few other models to be a part of this special opportunity! We had some glazed donuts and Starbucks coffee to get fired up before practice. Big thanks to Joanna Hidalgo, the director, who gave expert instruction on the choreography! I hope to work with the AAU runway crew next year and be in the show!
