Homebound Entry

What thought am I bound to become?

The vision,

Bummed back down to pavement,

Body remembered,

The foul scent extorted from

Me.

Am I to lose clarity

Born under the earth’s core,

The gnawing my demon

Penetrates into bone,

Felt in an entombed capsule,

The march up to darkened milky cosmos

ALONE.

To drone on and forget,

Exorcising grief,

Fate’s twisted little bet,

To reach enlightened moments,

And get what is set for the soul’s

Homebound entry.
